Pakistani development kanging involves:

3. Jerking over housing societies
4. Jerking over fiction created around their cities being rich
5. Jerking over future tense fiction called CPEC

This is a country where pictures of some decent looking road in Gwadar becomes viral and a symbol of pride and prosperity.
