Even Common sense is rare in Pakistan.

Majority of their kids are out of school, rest are in madarsas. Very few privileged kids get to go to school, even there they are taught roohani Pak studies .

We used to see that School going population is consistently declining during the golden period of Daddy Imran Khan Period. With more economic shitshow more and more will going to Madrassa only.

majority indians speak english and get better job pay out of india and as already known better educated and extreme business oriented makes them to look for better options. whereas these porkis leave to find new goats.

TTP is Sunni terrorist group

It's a reference to Sipah e Sahaba - a predominantly Punjab based terrorist group with an anti Shi'a ideology as the raison d'être of that organisation & a known proxy of Fauji Foundation courtesy the ISI .

It's being used to foster communal discord in the regions which used to comprise FATA which also happen to be the main base of the TTP. Now the TTP itself is a Sunni terrorist group as you've pointed out but their target is Fauji Foundation & the Paxtan state which is the same thing .

They've not been known to have targeted the Shi'as there although in principle they're anti Shi'a.

By sparking sectarian conflict Fauji Foundation hopes to completely blunt the logistics chain there thereby preventing the TTP from launching attacks against Paxtan security forces & also perhaps hoping to draw TTP cadres into this sectarian conflict.
