even if we assume 1 gw of rooftop solar installation equipment is worth 500 million $ of imports from china. that would be another 3.5 billion $ going to china atleast, from IMF money.

so chini are cutting pakis multiple ways, roof top solar panels + billing them power plant fixed costs + power plant construction costs ..
