Cricket commentator, as to why he's famous... well answer is the same as that Abrar guy coming to motovlog in India and receiving similar welcome. It is rare for people to be crossing borders legally so people make it a big deal especially when the guest is somewhat famous.

To be clear , in Abrar's case most of his fan following came from his co religionists & from Waqri Qaum / Teesar Panth in the Punjab , Haryana & Delhi but yes , any two bit "celebrity " gains his 15 min of fame if he's from either country visiting the other.

true even a bhikhari from pork on visit would be celebrated among indian momins. if india had been a muslim dominated country , even ajmal kasab would have been celebrated here (or surely may have been celebrated across country already)

we have right to use over 3 rivers while porkies have right to use over other three , indus water treaty was the biggest scam of khangress which will be more evident in future water wars.
