Govt works will continue getting outsourced more and more (good days ahead for the likes of Infosys and Deloitte), the no of govt jobs will keep shrinking (it already is, to an extent) and the core departments will continue to be led by UCs (and OBCs) just like now. The kind of '90s era mandal ka kamamdal is not coming back and we have likely reached the plateau already (something I explained in my last post on the economy thread).

This is how things will likely play out in future - unlike, those based trads and bhosdapillers who dream of revolting and ending 'reservation' altogether on xitter etc. Now, thanks for coming to my Ted talk.
