Chinese influence, aka CPC influence in Canada is less about countering India and more about slowly causing Canada to drift from USA. that is their primary goal. That is why they bribe Canadian politicians and such. Now if those politicians wanna hide those bribes by pointing at India and saying look India is paying bribes to others, China just goes 'good minion, smart minion. yay'.

Same is happening in Australia. Although politicians there might not be anti India, but I am sensing a social media campaign against India in comment section under Australian economy/ property market related videos.

Australia vs Canada is similar.
Reality is, this isnt Chinese sponsored/meddling, this is more or less wignat cope for being outcompeted by us in everything in their country. Chinese will not sponsor this, because in THIS regard - colonizing the west and taking on wignats - the indians and chinese in the west close ranks and pretend homeland problems dont exist/homeland problems are 10,000kms away.

Australia has a FTA with India, with longer stay options after studies and so its easier for Indians to settle Australia. But big difference is, Australia is very overtly racist, Canada is the queen of passive-aggressive everything, including racism.
So in Australia you will feel victim of racism instantly. In Canada you will come home and realize u were victim of racism.

i am not least concerned. I have my trusty SKS and my remington 870. If i can cap a deer at 500m, i can deal with wignats.
Pity i have no use for a handgun and cant hit the broadside of barn with it from touching distance.

but Australia is better than UK by a long shot.

I can only speak from my personal experiences and by and large most Aussies are stickler to the rules and tend to conduct their affairs in a decent manner.
the exceptions are always there but that's not the norm.
in 14 years I have been in, not a single racist incident, not just towards me or towards Indians in my circle.

There have been incidents of racism towards Indians but by and large they have been universally condemned as far as I am aware.

To be frank, I am more weary of Khalis here than I am ever of whites.

Oh absolutely, you have to be wary of Khalis here in real life. Never ever beak them off except maybe when you are sure they cant find out who you are and they wont attack you. Because the reality of the legalism here is that if the Khali stabs you and you die, he gets off with like 3-4 years served and thats it. Especially if he plays muh brown pplz religion was hurt' card and communalizes it - here what happens is, instead of it turning into a big shitshow like India, the whites are not interested, they go 'ok brown ppl problems, lets show other white people how nice we are and how savage the brownie is and give him 5 years, then knock it down to 3-4 for time served+good conduct etc.'

My experience with Aussies is significant but from pretty much a single demographic range : Ski bums.
When you live in vancouver, you live a stone's throw away from one of the greatest ski hills in the world: Whisler-blackcomb. Its a mecca for pro ski people but especially, for whatever reason, Aussie ski peoples.
Everyone in Aussie-land who's skiied for pretty much any uni competition has skiied at least one or two winter seasons in Whistler and if you live in vancouver, you run into Aussie all the time.
And they Aussie aussies- they aint aussie immigrants to canada, they are ski bums who are gonna return in a few months.
As such, i dont hold strong opinions of Aussie society - i dont live there, nor have i been there. But life has thrown several dozens - 100+ Aussies my way over time in terms of casual interaction.
