French airforce ain't getting rafale for 280 million per peice, they are getting rafale for 100-150 million per unit, even with production rate lot lower than f35.

CF-35A unit price will be around 230 million USD. This is without infra and weapons. This jumped from 160 million USD in last 2 years.

Yes brother I did and I do. Ironically French are nice people, I never have or had any Issue. only issues I have had were with immigrants. Most of whom are illegal.
They have screwed many major cities Paris and Lyon to name same. And being politically correct is the biggest dilemma my French colleagues are facing.

Nah if it was so easy Israel wouldn't have done SEAD/DEAD for makeshift air defence network of Iran. Even a makeshift air defence network like that of Iran still possess some threat to those aircraft once they get inside the enemy airspace. As far as my understanding goes VLO aircrafts are only stealthy from particular angle. Once they are inside the enemy airspace, there will be multiple radars that will pick it up. And then air defence system would be able to target it. Such aircrafts are good for dropping bombs, ARMs, etc. from very close to enemy airspace i.e the typical SEAD/DEAD missions. So, VLO aircrafts don't eliminate the necessity of SEAD/DEAD but those make it much easier to perform those instead.

F35 a is a proven 5th gen aircraft unlike su57 even with all its flaws.If india has to induct anything '5th gen' then it should be f35 with bvraams and tot for ge 414 engine.

If not a proper 5G like F35 then instead of su57 I would rather spend those funds on more MRSAMs (maybe even Iron Dome), more loitering munitions, more Pralays, LORAs and Icebreakers, etc.

Also India already have the base Barak-8, why can't DRDO/BDL add a booster to it like IAI did with Barak MX. It will give a good 50-60 km range boost and increase capability vs TBM.

US still wants India as a counter weight to China so who knows?

US deep state knows Pakistan has become a satellite state for PRC, has deep dependance on their arms, etc. No way in hell they expect Pakistan to help them counter China. Clash between CCP/PRC and US is inevitable.

What they want is China and India to grind each other down. That is achieved by keeping India low(er) tech so we are throwing warm bodies at the wuhans rather than force multipliers like the F35. USA has plugged enough F35s around China for that purpose.

Supply delays are also strategic.
They want us to be at a disadvantage viz PA and PAF

Indian Navy uses GE LM2500 engines for the Shivalik, Nilgiri and Vikrant, all delivered.
They also ordered 24 MH-60R ASW Choppas, Made by LM, 13 delivered till now, no delays it seems.

But they intend to drag our Navy along with them to fight China over Taiwan in the future I think, which is why they don't face delays.

Aside from USN, JMSDF and ROKN our Navy is the 4th strongest among the cheeni adversary nations in Asia.

Also India's ability to hinder with Chinese oil supplies and trade via Malacca Strait and Mynmar (Kyaukphyu, Bay of Bengal) adds to this. In near future, LR-AShM, BM04, brahmos LR, SU30MKI with brahmos-ng will increase Indian A2/AD capability dramatically.
