This is only byproduct of our non existing rule of law on roads, same happens with normal public while on road, so that will obviously be seen with army as well.

We have acute problem of drivers not following any rules while driving, with roads improving everyone is going higher speed than limit which only is increasing the problem.

India has successfully tested the Bhargavastra missile, an air defense system designed to combat drones, developed by Economic Explosives Ltd. During the tests, the missiles hit air targets at a distance of 2.5 kilometers and at an altitude of 400 meters. It is reported that the maximum altitude of target destruction can reach five kilometers, while the target's RCS is 0.01. The radar of this air defense, which is resistant to electronic warfare, can detect large and medium drones at a distance of up to 10 kilometers, small drones are detected at a distance of up to 6 kilometers. The Bhargavastra air defense consists of a control center and a radar, launchers with 64 missiles, can be placed on mobile platforms for rapid deployment.

I have personally seen DJI drones with IA units. Will not mention which one.

That's a huge mistake. Chinese can easily hack into those systems and spy on us. IA cannot use DJI drones because DJI drones are connected to the internet and its a simple matter of routing the information to certain addresses or they have a security backdoor that allows Chinese security hackers to get in and basically see what the IA are seeing, therefore controlling how IA sees and hears things.

While I am not in disagreement of what you are saying - any such COTS tech can be jail broke to prevent any such hypothetical data leak/hack/intrusion - it's not a complex SIGINT system

That being said Chinese hackers could do the above irrespective of the origion of tech (mil or civilian) being used by Indian personel ( cellphones / cars / drones / personal computers etc etc ) our cyber security is shit.

And you think IA is doing Jail Break or Sanitize equipments? Do we not remember somebody on DFB mentioned Pakis hijacked our drones on LoC. Tells you about sab chalta hai... type of procurement policy.

Yep agree. Adani saga, CC1 saga are prime examples. Yet we fein ignorance and show no panic.

Sir,

For a military whose SF officers use tech gadgets and app while in super sensitive locations to expect they would do counter measures is a really BIG expectation.
