We should not give into their other stupid demands which is basically interfering in our country. We should not become a dumping ground for EU products. Our FTA's with Korea and Japan have been a disaster. I hope we thread carefully with any kind of trade agreements with EU and US.

Its not that easy!
Austrian Govt has been actively trying to prevent Bajaj getting majority stakes in KTM. Even KTM's board is not allowing this to happen.
Bajaj had chance to buy up majority stakes various time during 2010s but were prevented in doing so.​

They can protect as long as possible. But EU going to shitter in couple of years. So it is up to KTM to save itself when valuation is there, otherwise Bajaj or CF Moto will buy for scrap. Same way how TVS acquire Norton for penny.

Heard BMW is trying to buy KTM. But for now rumour.

Before ship sank, hope Bajaj guys get that 799cc Parallel twin engine on Indian Shore. Since market needs the twin cylinder in next 5-10 years.

not only that their austria based production facility is hard to operate....many workers leave ktm already. if they want to cost effective production, they hv to sift this austria based manufacturing in india or china. workers salary is already higher in china than india. so its in their best interest to shift their manufacturing in india. even if they dont sell their shares to others.

Austria is much different than UK. UK has much more tolerance for Indians. Indian businesses are operating in Uk for long.
Bajaj tried to acquire majority in KTM but this was blocked by their Govt back in mid 2010s. They will try to get the ownership to BMW instead.​

No one shift entire line to China and India. Always an factory will be there in Home country. Only Britain will agree for this kind of hijacking. BMW source the components from India and assemble in Germany. That is how they maintain cost there.

Also Germany used to give incentive for their manufacturers. It is always their crown jewels. They are getting shafted by Chinese in EV space. Still Chinese were no match to an ICE car produced by VW, Audi, BMW.

other european countries is nearing to britian level in economy. if they cant maintain their price or their debt keep increasing (which is already near 2+ billions dollar)...they hv to shift their manufacturing out of austria. their high CC bikes is costly, thats why near 200000 bikes not sale in europe. after trump, its not easy to sell these high CC bikes in america also. no other market will absorb high CC bikes of KTM. austria manufacturing plant only makes high CC (above 390 cc) ktm bikes. below 390 cc bikes build in indian manufacturing units.

Selling to BMW is like jumping into an Moving train. They will strip KTM and give BMW engines, then what is there in KTM.

Tug of war will be going to be there. It is between Bajaj and CF Moto. If the end result is defunct, then the spoils needs to be taken back to chakan.

Look my friend. There are lot of things happening in Gayrope.

1. They have poor man country like Balkans to do the low cost jobs.
2. Their bike is pricier not due to production cost, but they want to have higher profit margin. Eg. Triumphs were manufactured in Thailand but still costlier than RE in UK. Simply for the brand value they want more profit. We are paying 75 laksh for C Class in India. An car that should priced at max 40L is selling at double.
3. KTM have camshaft problem with their Twin cylinder engines. Since it is KTM you are pretty sitting above the ticking time bomb as they are known for high compression engines. Poor reliability is the problem why KTM got an huge inventory.
4. US market is going to be doomed. No one care about Harley Davidson. They sell overpriced piece of junk metal. On top of that they are T-Shirt company selling bikes. Second preference will be Japs and third new entrants were RE, CFMOTO etc. But average burgerland whitoid will not have money to even join an college. They will barely scrap to get an job and first thing they will buy will be an 2nd hand Camry or an decade old burgerland pickup. Bikes were hobby there and burgerland people were going to live salary to salary in coming years due to Dolund Triumph vision.
5. EU is an nanny state, leave production cost, their illogical rules from Brussels already killing the Motorcycle market. People were forced to disincentivized to buy bikes. So it does not matter, the are sinking.
6. Automobile production in India only happen if they sell here. Otherwise lot of EU carmakers were absent in India and it is more expensive to move entire line to India.

motabhai needs to stop putting, "jio" on every product.
 
I just installed ulaa.
feels like Firefox skin on google chrome( expected as a chromium based browser ), UI is nice.
its has privacy being marketed but not being FOSS, I would hesitate to call it a true privacy based browser.

Browser feels kinda complicated with "work modes", but aside that browser is just alright, not amazing , but definitely not bad.

Zoho confirmed it is based on Chromium. Source code will shared publicly after some time.
