Indian Economy

"Inbhestmant adbhaisaar" , we have been hearing about supposed death of indian middle class since demonetization, yet consumption number keep going up, more and more people are being added to tax system.

hmmm...ye bhai sahab bol rahe ki future (2030) me logo ke paas ghar kam honge nd log kiraye pe rahenge. but mujhe lagta hai aisa tier 1 cities me ho sakta hai,,,but tier 2 nd tier 3 cities me aise hone ke chance kam hai (itne jaldi).
mai bhi ghar ke saman (specially food) lete rehta hu, last 9-10 saal se. yes prices bade hai, but itne bhi nhi ki hai tauba wala haal ho gaya ho. yes ab pehle ki comparision me 1000 rupee me kam cheeze mil rahi. but bhut si cheeze humare necessity me jud bhi gayi. 7 saal pehle mai facewash, purfume, senetizer, sun screen, petrol, mobile data etc nhi leta tha...but ab ye necessary ban gayi hai mere liye. same goes for food. ab coffee, pizza, momos, pasta, oats, poha etc many things add ho gaye.
i mean hum consume jyada krne lage hai, tabhi hume apne paise kam lagne lage hai. but unhi paiso me koi or humse acha ghar chala sakta hai nd humse jyada khush bhi reh sakta hai. most common insaan ki necessity nd greed kabhi khtam nhi hote😂. jab tak satisfaction na ho life me, tab tak kitne bhi paise kama lo, vo kam hi padte rahenge.
Increased consumption of non essential commodity like food clothing etc. are a big sign of economic upliftment, it means people are willing to spend of stuff like dining out, cosmetics, streaming services.

In a growing economy prices need to Increase at a steady pace, maggi being 10rs means workes are getting paid more and demand for maggi has increased. These profoundly retarded finance unkils , think they are the only one who buys these things.

Fucking idiot in that article thinks milk going from 60rs to 75rs is some catastrophic incident, further in the article he says rbi is wrong to print more currency cause they cause inflation, like wot ? This guy wants to nuke the entire economy by strangling money supply cause milk got a bit pricey.

I mute ac's and explicitly say I do not want to see certain type of posts/ notifications yet X algorithm pushes certain posts, this one after 8 days. This got a lot of traction for some reason because this Khandwa thing I heard even in the JD podcast a few days ago. He has managed to get even @hit&run to respond in great detail agreeing with him in the replies so this seems a bipartisan thing with the usual doom mongerers feeling vindicated in saying that one is better off running away from the country lol.
Been trying to set up a business in India as my son has attempted a couple of startups in software backend R&D.
The process is nothing but a nightmare.
My response to him was rather with a good intent to fix the rot, but the guy turned out to be a petty propagandist or wanted favours on an ad hoc than requesting a change in policy framework.
In a larger debate, one can suspect everyone, and I also believe to start with, the preponderance of guilt given the kind of environment we are in, but there is also a prudence in debating things and finding out what they are up to.

There are a lot of youtube channels that go into *some area* where governance has failed or shows the (bad) condition of state services. But I have yet to find one where someone tries to actually start a business.. Let it be as small as a restaurant and document the process on the govt side.It would atleast spread awareness of this boboon yoke that is placed on this nation. The thing is the people opening anything larger than a kirana store are an extreme minority.
But then again I'm sure exposing baboons and govmint has its own risks for the exposer.

It should be sign for these IT majdoori firms to start sending more capital on R&D and move up the value chain.

IT hiring is probably gonna be fucked for 6 months, feeling bad for any freshers. Given the circus that trump is running in burgerland and general state of economy in west, I don't see majdoori arbitrage model lasting that long.

lol bhai,
tier 1 cities like amdavad, surat has plethora of flats empty in those multi-storey complexes for good 70 lakh to a karod like price tags AT MINIMUM, while on my side of tier-3 and below suburban places easily have ~35000 a square metre plot price range 🤷‍♂️ a two-storey building home is easily sold for A FREAKIN' KAROD in even inner side of roads

yeh builders-nexus ne highly inflate kiya hai real estate market ko, yeh gubbara footne se raha, aur jab footega tab situation aisi hogi
(a) desperate ones will start selling out flats-bunglows for much lower price, at least 30 percent than now to clear their holdings
(b) muh dheerajwaan shaant type shall remain stay on their estates, which will further dilute in prices to good 50 percent, uske baad kuchh properties toh bechni hi padegi

Been observing the RE market in Mumbai or Greater Mumbai to be precise for the past 2 decades .

I've yet to see any price correction happening ever. Even a market like Dubai underwent price correction during the Great Financial Crisis of 2008. Not Mumbai .

A junior colleague managed to buy an apartment in the western suburbs near to the railway station for 1.2 crores for a 400 sq ft carpet flat last year this time , in a newly constructed apartment block.

Monthly maintenance is ~ 7000/- per month for zero amenities . Only ones on offer are electro mechanically stacked parking , two elevators & a DE generator . That's it . No club house , no gym , no swimming pool , no garden - roof top or in the building compound , no playing area for children either.

He got it for a good bargain only coz his wife is distantly related to the developer. It's impossible for anyone to get a decently sized apartment within Mumbai municipal limits for a budget of < 1 cr.

Do you know why ? Coz developers don't approach banks for loans . It's always some politicians money &/or pvt financiers. It's much the same story across India.

Aside from any symbiotic relation between baboons and netas aside.

There is an actual system of Cheques & Balances that is left unmolested since Lehru established it.
Military - Milards - Govt - Babudom of which only the Meelards do ungli of GoI, rest all are untouched.

Make in India was defeated by Import UN Generols and Lateral Entry by Baboons

Impact of America's 37% Trump tariff, Bangladeshi company liked Burhanpur

Patrika News Network

Burhanpur. Burhanpur, which has a strong identity in the country's textile industry, has now started attracting foreigners as well. Seeing the political instability in Bangladesh and the 37% tariff imposed by America, the Bangladeshi company has been attracted to MP. Officials say, soon the team of Bangladeshi company will come to Burhanpur. The company will set up textile industry here. This will open new employment opportunities in the state. State Secretary of MP Small Industries Association Farid Seth said, the textile industry is changing rapidly. Upgrading the powerloom has led to a boom in the readymade textile market.

This is also a big reason

District Trade and Industry Center General Manager Abhilash Maravi said that the government is going to create 4 new clusters to promote the textile industry. There is 19 acres of land for the powerloom cluster in Mohammadpura. Industrial units will be started on 57 acres of land in Nimbola and 135 acres of land in Sukhpuri. All kinds of facilities will be provided to industrialists.

I always see people claiming to have issues opening and running business in India on social platforms.

However, when I see the actual business around me then I see them facing minimal issues and they are able to not only open but run it successfully.

Is this something a area specific issues. If we go by lawlessness and history then UP-Bihar should be least desirable place to open a business but The Industrial belt in Noida-GreaterNoida-Dadri-Meerut has no problem in opening new businesses.

I have heard similar experience in new Industrial towns in Banaras and Kanpur belt.

So where is this problem happening majorly.

One place I have heard has most problem is Bangaluru where the hafta collectors comes almost every week and take money from even small copier shops.
