This fact varies by industry, most senior devs in Product based companies and Managers are between 40-55.This is what every salaried employee working in MNCs and the Private sector should know

I don't think we know how retirement will work out for IT industry since most who had joined the wave haven't retired or are on the verge of retiring besides the one who have already taken early retiredThis fact varies by industry, most senior devs in Product based companies and Managers are between 40-55.
Correct. It depends on the industry. This fact varies by industry, most senior devs in Product based companies and Managers are between 40-55.

and i am only 19, his retirement is close, i have to buy a house also, cannot shift every couple of years. i just hope that there isnt a major recession in the next 5 years
also retirement age in pvt sector for male was 58 right?
Correct. It depends on the industry.
This doesn't apply to industries like Infra and Construction. Have 2 very close family members in L&T and both are in their late 50's and their top bosses are actually asking them to postpone their retirement.
The take is probably true for IT industry.
Shoolini is good university in Himachal. Though I am also surprised to see it in Ranking. I wonder what DEI stuff it had to accept to get into Ranking?Worst of all,we have the likes of BITS Pilani, Jadavpur University,IIT Varanasi, University of Mumbai and JNU ranked lower than the little-known Shoolini University.
No Indian University has yet managed to break into top 100 of QS world rankings, whereas there are at least 11 Chinese universities are in the list

The ranking is mostly based on share of international students. What a bs ranking, iisc bangalore not on top. And biggest clown iit kgp above kanpur lol. The most sadist, lazy, idiot iit ranked above an iit which is regularly working with drdo and barc. And then bits pilani not in the ranking and some bs universities like du, savitribai phule, jnu, anna etc above bits pilani lol. The university with indias only nvidia sponsored vlsi design lab not in the ranking. What a joke this qs/bs is.
I was talking about the rankings of our institute among themselvesThe ranking is mostly based on share of international students.
Our top institutions have 50 percent reservation already and it becomes impossible for any foreign students to get in.
If we give 50 percent reservation to foreign students who are top scorers then our institutes will easily be in top 50

Just look at the comment section cucks are hurt that Goyal used the right word for the Chinese dalal countries. We are more powerful than those so called ASEAN countries. No need to act soft to them.
then pls handle crores of application being in the iit admin. competitive exams are perfect for our population scale. our competition exams are designed to eliminate at every step, which works. problem is with our industry and students who have made iits and bits a software engineer factory, most of the students are middle class, its natural they will run behind money, so core ompanies pls handover some money and see the research culture boom and coding culture decline. As long as our higher education institutions remain competitive exam and campus placement-focused instead of focusing on research,it will never break into IVY league rankings.
Its almost like they guy is trying to make you start a business and buy his courses lol. The problem with these type of statements is if you're simply a middle manager yeah you will be laid off or retired because you're easily replaceable. This is what every salaried employee working in MNCs and the Private sector should know

Actually we can have robust R&D infra with middle class population chasing money, issue with research in India is, there aren't enough researchers in relevant fields , mainly because we haven't yet started seriously investing academic research infrastructure, there are very few institutions that actually have bare minimum capacity to conduct research, even some tier-3 colleges in places like EU and USA have better research infra than 95% of our colleges. Research isn't done by like 5-10 super genius in a particular filed , but rather its built upon minor experiments and discoveries done by your above avg students.then pls handle crores of application being in the iit admin. competitive exams are perfect for our population scale. our competition exams are designed to eliminate at every step, which works. problem is with our industry and students who have made iits and bits a software engineer factory, most of the students are middle class, its natural they will run behind money, so core ompanies pls handover some money and see the research culture boom and coding culture decline.
