From last year, Chinamon stopped sending skilled labor to train Indian workers in Foxconn plants, Stopped TBM export, officially stopped Magnets required for Motors in Automobiles. Next they will silently stop machinery required for certain critical sectors, Rare earth mineral exports blocked.

As of now, All automobile companies cried to Commerce ministry and apparently Gormint babus were talking with China for restart supply. For rare earth, gormint is trying.

Don't know what will happen. But if dhandos thinking they can simply rely on some Zingchang wungfu company for everything, they may get ass whooped.

That is why I got stale taste when Reliance decided to introduce Shein brand. Out of all dhandos, reliance which is known for strong Textile industry somehow decided to introduce choinese brand. When they can build the same brand with that pile of money they are sitting.

NFHS is crap. Do not read too mich into their findings. Let the census data come out.

That being said, a TFR of ~ 2.05 (+/ 0.1) is not that problematic if the economy keeps growing.

If you look up the pre GFC lolbert era you would find that most gora nations had very healthy TFR. But once the economic growth nosedived, their TFR started falling like a rock.

Also, we should formulate an upgraded CAA and provide citizenship to the non muslims of the subcontinent and possibly, Hindus from all over the world.

I actually would have preferred a low TFR if not for the constant demographic change that is going on.

People might not remember but back in the day post independence Indian population was at just 340 million somewhere around what the US is at today. Today UP and bihar have that many people in that little area. Our cities were cleaner lesser strain on resources urban infrastructure when compared to whatever hellhole this place has become now.

I mean 340 million spread across India we were literally set up for success.

I mean back in the day bangalore had boating rides and large lakes lol imagine my surprise to that.

If only we had a govt which had completed the population swap and kept population in check along with decent industrialisation India probably would have a per capita GDP of 10-15k USD easily.

I don't know where to put this. So posted here. If our government can launch thousands of crores worth of freebie programmes, they certainly have enough money to provide rewards/grants to talented folks who come back to India. There will be some folks who might still want to come back to India, all we need is to give them some appropriate amount of carrots. Look at the Chinese how they are using such approach to fuel their own growth.
