I cnt say . I am talking about property tax only .. GST is separate . It ll vary . Situation in small cities in India is really bad .. In state capitals and big cities they have atleast maintained to some extend . My parents still talk about how dirty vrindavan was when they visited last time few years back and it's one of the most visited tourist spot of India .

Vrindavan looks like post war Syria. They also stopped the Metro bus service I believe.

Mumbai Corporation have enough money to buy E-buses. But looks like they are trying to do some scam and TATA motors fought a case in Courts.

The biggest one was from Avaada Group.Avaada is coming up with two integrated solar cell and module manufacturing plants in Greater Noida and Hathras.Govt also approved a front-end subsidy of Rs 252.92 Cr for its 50 acres plant in Greater Noida.Total investment ~ Rs 11,399 Cr



Second biggest proposal approved was from Sael Solar.Sael Solar to invest Rs 8,000 Cr for solar cells manufacturing plant in Gautam Buddh Nagar.200 acres land for this project is being allotted to Sael.

United Breweries, India's largest beer company, has proposed to invest Rs 736 Cr for beer manufacturing plant in Unnao.Heineken NV, the owner of UB, did location survey of 50 acres land parcel at IMLC-Unnao some time back.

Next proposal approved is from UltraTech Cements.Birla group's UltraTech Cements is coming up with a 3 million tonnes per annum capacity cement plant at Meeranpur Katra in Shahjhanpur.Investment ~ Rs 717 Cr

Last one is by IDVB Recycling Operations.IDVB to invest Rs 458 crores for a plastic recycling plant in Khimsepur Industrial Area of Farrukhabad.UPSIDA has allotted 20 acres land for the project.Employment generation ~ 600

well i have talked about this in the past too, rinfra wanted to go with full scale byd collab from batteries to car production line and selling them here to exporting. but i heard that car plans have shut down and battery production plans are on, byd and rinfra will make batteries in maharashtra.
