Ya'll Mahindra tried to do that with XUV and it didn't worked.Nah, release new products in quick succession each two or three months with one engine as a base, focus more on visuals and some really practical equipments like usb-c, bluetooth coupling, bringing electric two wheelers technologies, larger space for luggage than competition, etc.
They used to do these type of quick launches during their venture with honda back in the day.

Possibly the case case here. Broadly speaking, 2011 base fell out of sync long back (stuffs like e-commerce/ride sharing were still in their infancy; do not think the current GDP series fully captures their contribution). Lot of work needs to be done at the MoSPI and the NSO.

Hero will not have problem with suppliers and vendors, they are established.Generally any automobile you cannot churn out like mobiles. You need to provides spares and service to that product. You need to have sufficient capacity to produce in factory. Your vendor needs to supply the parts.
Apart from that every new product in India needs to be homologated. Things like USB-C is available from 100cc to 1000cc bikes nowadays. Larger luggage space--Already TVS done this by moving fuel tank under footboard opening up large space. Every EV scooters have large storage space. Anything more than that you need an car.
You cannot sell gimmicks by stickering and charge money.
