I used to visit T.Nagar for personal work. Honest opinion, that entire shop street is one big disaster zone. The width is may be 10-15 feet and one end of the road is dead end as there is Mambalam Railway station and other end is the Main Road (Usman Road) which is also an narrow road.

All the shops were clearly violated every hazard prevention rules. The buildings were tall with common walls, the entry exits were clearly not well defined. Somehow these places were running due to clear bribes to Politicians. The working condition is illegal. One of our friend works in famous Textile cum Jewellary cum multi shopping centres. He have only two holidays per year (Diwali and Pongal) and needs to work 12 hours per day barring Festivals when work hours will be extended.
 
These guys were always shody for me. They are the partners for BYD in their shell company "Olectra".

Megha has no ambition. Just a chinese front company - as others have already pointed out. Should be bullied more, imo.

that bus JV is just about 500 crores out of 40,000 crore revenue, just a typical baniya playbook to be L1 in gormint contracts.
their primary business is infra contracts, now diversifying into other sectors.

MEIL is doing Vijayawada-Bengaluru E-way. Honestly MEIL is one of the offenders in the NHAI Contractors. We have SP Singla who can't build an bridge without crashing, L&T with that shoddy tunnel work in New Delhi, even AFCONS build some poor geometry roads. There is serious quality lapse is going in NHAI. We are seeing extremely poor road design getting sanctioned. Road design is diluted to an point we are compromising the safety aspect. Eg. How NHAI babus found Economic Corridor vs Expressway where EcoC will not have shoulder. No sane country will allow these kind of Road building.

Gaskari is gassed out for long time. He cannot able to bring the babus into control.

Have come across too many 'problematic' media reports. Too many instances of shoddy construction practices (retaining wall collapse, bridge collapse, ramp collapse etc) and tendering irregularities. Recently got into trouble with the Supreme Court over the tendering of Thane Borivali Tunnel Project - rumors are that company honchos paid 'tributes' to some babus/Ministers and pipped L&T (who were disqualified despite being the lowest bidder) to bag the contract. All this when coupled with the typical dhandho behavior of colluding with chinks and phoren arms manufacturers does ring a red alarm.
