This website is just like IDRW. Just non sense topics written there and providing credibility by mentioning some source says this. Try to ignore these kind of topics from this website. Not a bad deal for us....

France Proposes Co-Development of 76k tonne Nuclear-Powered Aircraft Carrier with India, Offer to Share Design Expertise with IAC-III Project
In a potential leap forward for India's naval ambitions, France has proposed a collaborative project to co-develop a formidable 76,000-tonne nuclear-powered aircraft carrier. This ambitious venture, with a projected delivery date in the late 2030s, aims to equip India with a cutting-edge...defence.in

Indian Navy modernisation riddled with binaries. Maritime strategy is directionless
Vulnerability of critical infrastructure, China’s destabilising activities, and unregulated AI use make it clear that waiting for a full-fledged conflict to address security concerns is not an option.theprint.in
Observations by another user on Twitter on an upscaled image. Added in the missing bits.I tried to label all the ships in the CBG and it looks like an armada.
Note: I can be wrong about quite a few things due to the poor resolution.
Observations :
- P 15 A/B Class DDGs are paired with a Talwar Class FFG
- Kamorta Class DEG are performing the role of ASW
- Kora Class DEG and Brahmaputra Class FFG are there to add to the BrahMos barrage using their 16 x KH 35 missiles (more complexity and higher probability of kill)
- Deepak Class Tanker is at the rear of the formation
- Vikrant Class A/C probably has ~12 Mig 29K (9 on deck) at the ready

I know its doesn't make any sense, but we kinda need it, navy doesn't have any options other than maybe mass importing naval rafale, given that we're procuring IAF rafales and production issues there too, its either gonna be quite late or expensive af. Naval LCA failed and naval AMCA isn't an option given that normal AMCA hasn't materialized yet. Naval airwing is fucked even more than Air force atm. tedbf, while its gonna be less technological advanced than AMCA, is needed as a stepping stone for for future 5th gen naval fighter.cancel tedbf.View attachment 24593
Totally agree with this. If you plan to order around 89 fighters of 4.5 gen that too in 2040s then better to discard it.cancel tedbf.View attachment 24593
The effort spent on the TEDBF after 2030 would be better utilized in navalizing the AMCA and save dev cost. Considering it's timeline, hopefully Navy sees reason. There is little merit in spending this much funding and effort on an indigenous contemporary of the Rafale after 2035. Just buy more Rafales since 3 carrier plans are slashed and IAC 2 will enter service near Viky's reassignment as a training carrier.cancel tedbf.View attachment 24593
Problem here is, TEDBF is not even in development where the LCA Mk2 is probably ready for flight testing in 2 years. Otherwise this makes sense and eradicates concerns for replacing the Su-30s with a newer homegrown platform. But what may end up happening is us once again going to the Russians and asking for the Su-57 as a Su-30 replacement down the line. And here's my opinion worth 2 cents...

If we're planning to have a fleet of 4.5th gen fighters to complement Su-30MkIs and make up the bulk of our non-stealthy fleet; then it's much better to induct "Rafale from Meesho" in 2028 than a "Desi Gripen"
we have no other choice but to import or manufacture more rafale / f35(?) /su57 here .....IN should induct a dozen mk1 naval then go for NAMCA or something betterI know its doesn't make any sense, but we kinda need it, navy doesn't have any options other than maybe mass importing naval rafale, given that we're procuring IAF rafales and production issues there too, its either gonna be quite late or expensive af. my brother if we could build, fly and induct tedbf by 2028 then we wouldve .. i doubt we will induct tejas mk2 by 28 and atleast that thing is under construction .... tedbf is still on paperAnd here's my opinion worth 2 cents...

A team of 50 people, with a budget of $200 million built this clean sheet, radical design in 3 years despite pandemic...my brother if we could build, fly and induct tedbf by 2028 then we wouldve ..
