How is yogi perceived in Haryana anyway? considering the Yogi attached to his name I guess he would be well respected in Haryana.

Currently, Yogi has more popularity in Haryana than Modi, admired even by the non-BJP voters.
However, this Haryana election was more about local issues and BJP is able to make it just bcoz of ground workers.

Just 4 months back, same Haryana gave them just 5 seats and now a clean majority. Their workers, backed by RSS, were able to convince the people, house by house. A speech given on TV is not as impactful as a one-on-one conversation with a local, with whom they share a bond and understanding.

BJP is nothing without RSS, even if you don't understand after Ayodhya debacle then it is unfortunate.

Precisely mentioned RSS role was impactful.

Edit: popularity wise, Yogi has an aura to bring at least 60 seats. But thing is, he's not BJP face of Haryana but of UP.

She is 77 years old already survived cervical cancer. How much of the party does she still control and how? It always baffled me how the Indian politico bent their knees to a foren women that couldn't even speak hindi.
Is it our inherent subservience to white skin ?

Maybe we can ask the same question that why, in the past, the smaller Hindu kingdoms couldn't band together and unite to defend this land? If we can answer that, we might also answer the question of why, in absence of Rajiv, so many influential figures under him with vast connections and control over manpower followed the lead of a foreign woman and her son. The idea that it was solely about access to wealth might account for only 10% of the reason and may not be at all. I believe the true answer lies in the same old divisive mentality: "What if another faction wins? What if someone else gains power?" It's as if it's more acceptable to let a foreigner rule, as long as it keeps a rival from same land from gaining the upper hand. Its the same gutter mentality from the past.

They weren't bringing him earlier, Nadda thought his business lobby will make them win, only when they realized that dhoti is going to open they brought in Yogi and then RSS campaigned to make BJP realize who is the baap, after Ayodhya debacle.

People have already identified who will speak for Hindus without fear.

Yogi was all over India during LS elections.
He went every state and campaigned in the 5 state elections that happened before.

As a humble request we sanatanis/Hindus/nationalist should not indulge in this bjp vs RSS or Yogi vs Modi or (others in BJP) propaganda or may be truth or whatever spread by congress or other parties and groups.
We should realize that whether BJP or RSS ,Yogi or Modi all of these are in favor of us only and we should support all these and should recognize that all of them are the only ones working for us in their respective capacities some a bit more others a bit less. But we should not try ro spread the drift between these if any . And should forgive some of their minor decisions which they make as any body can mistake, while maintaining positive criticism.

Congress proved itself incapable of proving itself of people’s trust. It lost miserably to a new BJP leader in Haryana who was just getting his feet wet with the Chief Minister’s job. This loss of face is going to reflect badly for Congress Party in up and coming elections in Maharashtra.

Now, trust me that nobody wants Rahul Gandhi around. His presence is a sure sign of defeat. Now onwards, nobody but his mother will trust him.

J&K was a forgone conclusion that Abdullahas will win big. Congress has a tiny presence of 6 in the state assembly. Here also Abdullahas avoided Rahul Gandhi and his bad luck to win big. The interesting part is that BJP with 29 seats has a very big presence. They will prevent Abdullahas from doing anything pro-Pakistani.

Why does the Congress Party not replace Rahul Gandhi. Yes, they would like to but the truth of the matter is that Sonia Gandhi has the keys to the money box and she makes everybody dance to her tune. Right now her tune is Rahul Gandhi.

A lot of us were concerned about appeasement of Ms by BJP and loss of Core voter of BJP.

Nothing like that is happening. Core voter is still there neither BJP is ignoring them. However they can't stop development work in Kashmir and other M dominated areas. This is something they have to do whether we like it or not.

This is Indian democracy and it works like this only. One day we are down and next day we are back.

He's been humbled. And certainly can not comprehend what went wrong and how.

We saw similar sight in June.

Nevertheless, Hooda was the last standing leader for Congress who had the capability to win an election on his own without any alliance partner.

Those 37 seats are earned by him and not by any Pappu netritva or neeti. By the next election, he'll be 82, means Congress will not have any major leader for the next election.

So, expect Congress to be gone from Haryana for at least a decade. This election definitely needs a case study.

Congress will use Telengana strategy to build its base in some place. It shall upsurp RSS/BJP dedicated Karyakartas some think like Revanth Reddy.

i suppose the result will be that, RSS will be deconstructed and current INC will not be, which is advantage INC.

Btw, BJP's vote share has gone up by 4% in J&K. Won almost 26% vote this time. This despite 3 independent hindu candidates and 2 NC hindu candidates winning in Jammu, and BSP winning 1% vote from dalits. There are only 31% non muslims in the state (according to 2011 census) , so either BJP has won 85% of non muslim votes, or it has won some Gujjar Muslim votes in Jammu.

People know this already; we don't need constant lecture on this topic. RSS doing over 16000 meetings in HR tell everything. If there was any rift between them then RSS would not have run the campaign and BJP would not have received this mandate.​
