To expand more, starlink ground stations only for speed. Without ground station, they can still provide 5-10 Mbps of download rate. So, if India asks ISP's to block internet in some area, and starlink refuses, there is no way to shut it down.

Remember spacex is a major defense and Nasa contractor (huge leverage of US deep state)

There must be some interface to connect with Starlink if they don't have ground stations in a country & ISPs are prohibited by law to carry them .

What are those interfaces ? I ask coz more than India it's countries like China or Russia or even Iran which will be affected.

Simple. You make owning a stralink receiver illegal and make it akin to spying or terrorism where prosecution will automatically place UAPA or National Security Act on the culprits. That will still make the system available to the worst ones, but stop access to the middling ones when crackdown begins.

The easiest way is to ban any devices that can link to Starlink.

This state is fast becoming a gangrene on the map of India with its illogical hazardous socialist policies... Bihar

The govt is soon coming out with a notification to recruit 1.6 lakh teachers... out of which 20,000+ would be computer teachers.

Now the issue is that there aren't even 20,000 computers in Bihar govt schools... or even if there were so many... are they recruiting 1 teacher per computer.

This madness of giving sarkari jobs by needless recruitment must stop.

The base salary is 35,000 per month... millions of BCA, MCA & BTECH's would apply for this amount for doing nothing.

Earlier... I mean approx 7-8 yrs ago there used to be District/Block "Welfare" officer.

Nitishwa in his urge for giving sarkari jobs... he created District/Block "SC-ST welfare" officer posts in hundreds.

& now then 2-3 yrs ago he created District/Block "Minority welfare" officer posts in hundreds.

He is madly creating/expanding vacancies.

Why do you blame him? he is only providing what the voters voted him to do?

Perhaps only presidents rule of 20 years can start fixing Biharis but that isn't happening and Biharis will never give up on their dream of "get gormint job, sit on ass and lord over all the other plebs"

Are you from Bihar if I may ask ?
 
There are 'some' posts recruited through BPSC where you get ~1L+ per month for doing absolutely nothing.

Posting is in some remote area where there is not much to do so you live your ass off in the state capital Patna or your home district/village comfortably and visit your posting place once a week for attendance. I know many who have such glorious lives.
