Have you completed the enquiry on behalf of Odissa Police/Govt and came to conclusion that Police misbehaved and have you submitted all proof to the court??

There is some medical report already available which denies the assault on the lady mentioning no presence of any marks anywhere the lady claims to have been hurt.

yes, the accused Policeman was caught taking bribe but that is one thing you will find them doing across the country. but they don't always go around harassing everyone.

We are very passionate and emotional for our Indian Army but that does not make them above the Indian law, and they are not absolved in any such matter automatically or make them innocent and victim in all cases.​

Whole lobby of armchair experts, veterans, and fanbois have gone berserk and losing it over the verbal testimony of a spoiled, drunk woman, completely ignoring and disregarding the videos going around on sm, as if it never happened.

It’s not hard to see the bigger picture here. Normal working brain can make an analogy: Just look at how she acted at the bar, on the road, and at the police station, bragging about her father's position. Leave aside assaulting her, police wouldn’t even think about touching her.

Her ego took a huge hit that night, and we all know what happened next.

If it was america an openly tainted cop like him would not have been incharge anymore and dismissed from service
And it is you who is acting like a judicial magistrate giving verdict that she is a fraud on basis of few videos released by police and by application of general assertion that many women fake cases. If assertions are to be the basis then the cops are found to be more errant, devious and criminal. Secondly she is a lawyer who came to register complaint against some goons and non cooperation from policeman made her to question them many time sir and maam prefixes. She came there as a complainant not an accused. So why should police even question her?
Policemen are not some Mai baap who cannot be questioned by the public. You may not know but the lawyers do it every time when the police does not do its duty being right there inside the police station. Not everybody is servile. Thirdly there is another medical done by AIIMS.. where is it?

Who are you to declare whomever she had a brawl with as goond,? That drunkard brat kicking the lift door could be the one instigating other party.
If she was actual victim of all things she peddled in her statement, she won't have been jumping this much audaciously in all the videos.

Are we talking about same Odisa Bharatpur police station case or some other? Because in this case Crime branch has arrested seven member and entire police state personals are suspended

All the 7 students have been granted bail by HC.

It's shame that people in India are arrested on just oral statement of a woman without any evidence.

Life of seven students is destroyed. Their name is registered in criminal list just because a drunkard brat, not in her senses chose to do so.
