Corruption will always exist in India.

When you expose the kind of corruption government officials do to the average Indian, the average Indian doesn't want to punish the corrupt official. The average Indian wants to become that government official so that he himself can indulge in corruption.

That is where the craze for Government jobs comes from.

This applies to at least 80% of the Indian population.

98% of people in Andhra are non veg so maybe it wasn't such big issue for them, if such thing happened in Gujarat things would've been different.
