because current Israel Military Industries is not same as old one that eventually became Israel Weapons Industries - IWI

current IMI is owned by Elbit Systems and Elbit is pushing a lot for ATHOS
now same Elbit is also selling us electronics stuff so can't be completely sidelined, so this adopted child was punished as a warning to not overplay their games
