Tonbo is doing great, it should receive subsidies from the govt just like chinis fund their pvt companies
Give them massive orders and just see, i am excited for what all tonbo can bring to indian small arms
And if given funds, they can do big in electroptics

There is a startup called ZeroDrag doing manufacturing of drone flight controllers and other electronics

They seem to either operate from IIT Delhi or are made up of grads from there idk.
It seems to be a commerical firm not military only.


Very good news considering even for hobbyist uses, flight controller and software is most complex, software is open source but hardware comes from Chongistan always.

atleast 8 years back i had a keeda for camera quadcopter and 3d printing.
Back in the day and even now the following was needed to build your own quadcopter

>motors and props ofc
>arms and other support, 3d printable
>batteries
>flight controller
>radio tx/rx and the controller
>camera if you want

Always flight controller used to come from ((( middle kingdom ))) and was of a brand/model called pixhawk.
It is good now deshi equivalents exist, fuck the chong, even for hobbyist purposes

The collaboration between the companies will include supply of explosives and propellants for medium and large caliber ammunition to Rheinmetall by Reliance. Furthermore the two companies intend to engage in joint marketing activities for selected products and are aiming to further extend their cooperation based on future opportunities.

In order to support this collaboration, Reliance Defence Ltd will set up a greenfield manufacturing facility in the Watad Industrial Area, of Ratnagiri, Maharashtra.

The Reliance manufacturing facility, one of the largest in South Asia, will have an annual capacity to produce up to 200,000 artillery shells, 10,000 tons of explosives and 2,000 tons of propellants.

The cooperation gives Rheinmetall further access to important raw materials and secures not only its supply chains, also in the interests of its customers, but also creates further growth opportunities. In India, the new Reliance state-of-the-art facility will make a significant contribution to supplying the country's armed forces. At the same time, it will play an important role in realizing the Indian government's vision of achieving defence exports worth USD 5 billion and an economic power of USD 5 trillion.
