Major accidents decreased substantially during Piyush Goyal's tenure. Now, things are really getting bad after Vaishnaw took over.
Stupid argument, if you look at data and the traffic load currently. But who can convince the masses
 
Man, that vaishnav is handling if I am not wrong one more ministry, give that guy one ministry if he can't handle many.
This sure seems to be paikhanastani sleeper cell working or must be infrastructure crumbling due to overload, poor quality construction, weather, etc.

Agree with you that guy should be handling only one ministries.
Accidents are coming down year wise if you see the data ,it is your typical SM which makes all noise than amplifying it and by raita wingers (or sleeper cells ) no less.

Do you have any clue about the status of railway recruitments? After that Vaishnaw took over recruitment has slowed down substantially. There's a shortage in every department, from drivers to gangmen.

And what traffic load are you talking about? Passenger traffic has not even reached pre-covid levels yet.
 
This train set is named Vande Metro but it is being tested Inter City between Lucknow and Kanpur.

Will this be InterCity express or Intra-City Urban Metro?​
I think these are specifically made to replace the existing local trains.

Many of these trains run on inter-city routes where due to expansion of city boundaries, they have merged into one single entity. So the frequency of stations is similar to intra-city metro.

These will be inter-city like RRTS. The name metro is not appropriate.

This is good rule. I have seen uncourteous passengers refusing the request of eldery people to exchange seat if the eldery got the top berth even if exchange was just during sleep hours. Eldery struggle climbing up the vertical stairs to reach berth. The rule could have bettered by saying during night time elders should be adjusted by TT on lower berth so that they dont have to climb.

The rule already existed what’s new about this.

Train won't necessarily be full of SR citizens. Most will still get LB. But incase during the time of reservation someone is mentioned to be above 60 they will automatically get LB if available.
They should include physically disabled in this as well.
