Though slightly old in terms of technology but still it's an excellent sight for standalone operations.
If it's issued to every grunt as a replacement of iron sights then it's perhaps the most thoughtfully designed optics. You get visible, IR laser, holographic sight with multiple illumination option in a relatively compact package.

But if you compare it with a typical Tier-1 setup of any modern red dot, magnifier and a PEQ-15 type system then you'd get more (magnification, IR illuminator) in a slightly smaller package.

X95 has an integrated flip up sights , integrated within the top rail ... pretty shitty though
IDK why they are not using them when they have no ither option

There's an integrated iron sight on the top rail
