Yeah , gear PPE is mission specific .
That's why Paras when called in to clear out the pigs who attacked Uri were using the exact same gear .
No ear pro / eye pros when the chances of room clearing and CQB and IED/grenades was huge .
Running Patka when it was not confirmed how long ops might go on ( No need of NVGs i guess) .

Is ko bolo still has better uniformity than that para pic no contact but an actual PC not a jhola with a plate stitched to it on God's mercy with no attachments and I am not even aware of the year this pic was taken still Better than that RR pic

Funfact:- Only SGs and CDO units of SFF have P90s and SG specifically is the only one with F2000 and Scar and anything what's considered Gucci guns. Regular Airborne units have AR-SF carbines and Ak-63Ds and Tar-21/X-95 as standard issue.D

Why on earth they will buy AR-SFs in such large quantities? You cant hit anything beyond 75mts with it.

If this really is SG then they probably are way better equipped than Para SF in general. That doesn't look like an M4 carbine but some other kind of AR with either keymod or M-LOK style handguard. There's an LAM and a weapon light. And the binods are very obvious. So if this silhouette is genuinely an SG operative, then they might be close to or on par with MARCOS.
