Every family has at least once relative in the army or who has served.Rajasthan is always Basedour every village has such stories you will find a statue of a Army veteran In most of the villages you will visit some from sf some from infantry especially Rajputana Regiment some Villages have a culture of whole generations being in Army it's not changing people are joining Airforce and Navy too nowdays otherwise it was Always Army first others were just options if they didn't get in now people join Air force and Navy willingly here

Indians have something called "skinny fat" from a genetical standpoint. That body is considered lean in western populace but that's actually a decent physique for an average Indian

Actually, indians have pretty good muscle building genetics, it’s just the diet which cucks them as well as fat distribution. But indians build muscle on par with other races. Not to mention 90% of ameircans i see are clinically obese or skinny fat trash
