ISRO should have one too or at least have a CRPF QAT unit deployed at all their critical facilities, particularly in light of the recent attack on Turkish TAI which might be a new trend to target a nation's prized institutions and brightest minds

I interned at a couple of PSUs during my undergrad which were guarded by CISF and it's quite easy to get in without proper documentation. Only 20% of the CISF guards carried a rifle like Insas or SLR and I wonder when was the last time they even fired it. Given the exposure we have now from how PAFF is ambushing IA or the Pathankot encounter, it's doable to smoke CISF folks exposing the vulnerability of such institutes from a security standpoint

If they want to look like average why don't they carry Ak or Tar with itl mars

I never said there are any extra special spicy gear with them. I meant that their work gear is totally different from this. They want to look like an SF unit operating in valley, not everyone has the mental capacity to differentiate between TAR21 with m21 on a Gasblock RIS and a TAR21 with ITL Mars. This could pass as any regular SF photos from the valley.
