Indian Special Forces

ye usi Lt Gen Vinod Bhatiya ka unit hai na ? Mei kuch nehi bolunga tum samajh jao
I absolutely hate this one thing about him, that he presents himself like the whole Op was done by his unit and him alone did some wonders.:)

The 3 & 7 PARA with a squad of 1CDO was there, even 9 Fld Regt (The Niners) was there...

I believe (i could be wrong) afsod will definitely be the future. We have seen pictures of tri service special forces in Andaman at tri service command.

Unfortunately or fortunately (time will tell) all airborne units have been converted to special forces. I don't think this will be reversed. What have airborne units gained after being converted to special forces?

In my opinion SF being used as super infantry has more to do with overall political policy of using least risky option for ci/ct to reduce casualties.

I understand the principle of few well trained men for SF. I would like your opinion on the matter that atleast airborne units should atleast be given a chance to prove themselves as an SF?

Our SFs participate in multiple exercises with foreign sf to exchange knowledge and experience. We also have a plethora of our own experience in different terrains and against different adversaries. What can we gain by training with US SOF and british SF? Also SSG training with these 2 countries sf won't be a concern for us if we train with US and UK?

Why don't we consider russian SF as they are the most freshly war experienced force who are seeing all that the modern battlefield has to offer? People on this forum might not consider them the best but they have first hand experience of what happens in today's battlefield.

'How to get a wound medal ealy in service' ahh video...
I don't get it , are they simulating stacking up in a hallway or the door coz if not this doesn't make any sense . all of their cone of fire is on the right hand side ,no one except the pointman is covering the left flank .
If they are being trained to stack in an open area to move towards target this is totally not how to do it .

[ISPOILER](I am a retard who has never seen the gates of ssb talking shit , pls don't hate )[/ISPOILER]

The top Russian units are very good .
The others have undergone a complete overhaul in this war and have gained some good combat experience and knowledge for sure.

Marcos can definitely learn a lot from alpha group about their AK setups
