Indian Special Forces

Haan Hamza, Haroon these are left. Kishtwar-doda meh toh saare hi bache hai. 1 killed out of 12-15
Haroon was spotted once after that but no trace of Hamza, and he is the oldest one

But the main problem is their tools, one of these new cadre idiots got killed off and phone captured so we have those navigation apps and photo of each in their group (half already killed)
That offline nav app with marked patrol routes is very problematic

Not only for planning ambushes, they were moving district to district unnoticed with data on sentry posts and patrolled areas too
But our guys have been digging up good pinpoint intel post that tunnel attack

It's not that difficult to ambush routine convoys. You don't even need maps and stuff if an OGW helps you out with sightings.

But when it happens on SF teams, you should probably check where you're getting your intel from.

Yeah, tunnel attack guy was killed pretty shortly after.

Only the summers of 2025 will answer how well have we learned from our fuckups.

doesnt SF specialize in small team insertion? whats the point in using 2-3 dozen SF guys accompanied with probably same amount of rr troops in 2 different levels of cordons to hunt just 2-3 jihadis at best??
Remember when 9 PARA guys showed up in dhai tons for a forest search (not equal to this)
So not completely sure but only 1-2 squads in the ambush, some searching, some reserve

Also this was not some track or road, they had a general idea of area where these 2 guys will show up so had to cover a large area.

Usually, yes. But prolly these guys were spread out in small teams to cordon thr entire general area. Yeah, that is infantry like harkat! But army was prolly desperate to not let them escape isilye sabko bula liya. Ussdin 1 Para bhi thi which is not in the pic. 😂

That app cant be paid some crores to leak data?

Secondly, knowing the routes in a large forest is a big achievement..post knowing the routes did we change the winds?

Bhai can you tell me about that 1 Para Basantgarh op, there were some fake news reports of 7 trts killed then number dropped to 2 but some reports after some weeks said that more bodies were recovered
I don't have a clear view

No ambushes, no CASOs turned into ambushes (a lot launched recently)
That offline map does not track the users location itself its just a digital map

Planning ambushes as IWIarad11 said does not necessarily requires this but was used for escape routes after that which prevent contact also while shifting districts

Also one more point to add if someone is following CICT on this thread,
these groups use IEDs (recently on 6 RR troops - none KIA, also 9 para may'23 contact)

and have a m72 Law Rocket launcher (used in an ambush- 2 Soldiers,2 Porters KIA)

We are yet to catch this group.

7 trts were there. 1 RL round was fired directly into the dhok. 2 died immediately, 1 injured, bled to death and recovered later. 4 escaped. Actually no one knows what exactly goes down in these ops. These versions are derived by stringing together versions from diff osint handles and some folks who've friends on the ground.

IEDs are used to stun and disorient. Then point blank burst fire. No escape zone.

They couldn't fire the LAW properly, only had a round or two. Missed the shot otherwise entire truck would have blown up
