Unofficially hoga hi , Har jagah tier system ban jata hai depending upon threat level.

Arey us bande ne COs QRT me se hand pick kia hoga aur A team bula dia hoga..i dont know the phraseology in Para but as per infantry battalions i am telling you.

A,B,C teams are just company/squadron equivalent terminology Haan they can have individual roles as far as I have seen.

what is afsod for then? india is not fighting any insurgency on foreign lands.. kashmir and northeast are the only places we will most probably see the tier 1 guys embedded with normal ones apart from any cross border raids they might be doing/ will do in future

Dekko AFSOD is deployed here, they have their own AO. I am only aware of army component's presence and their citations don't mention AFSOD but the original unit they belong to.

"Kya AFSOD meh jane ne extra allowance milta hai saar?"

Better PPE + mandate ki asha toh hai nhi paisa hi sahi

SG seen in kashmir…their equipment??..standard para type nothing cutting edge!

Now you guys think Afsod will be equippped or do ops like Delta?

Cmon man…where are their trainers from..which para did they go from coz all para units have lousy training standards.

All the skill if it is there in afsod has to show somewhere

Or if its not exceptional and another unit in kashmir then whats the reason to jump?

I don't know this much but conversion of all para to sf had something to do with afsod

Heard about orders of Star Aerospace PCs (NC units) but can't see them now

Only 13SF has these, that too in really old and the only pics we have of the unit so can't say about now

Also has any unit bought those SMPP ones in large numbers? Saw them with 1 I think
