Why do we call indian sf operatives or operators? Do indian army themslves use this term or vets? From what i’ve seen para SF at the very least still considers themselves to be para commandos?
Plenty of new officers call themselves "Operators" nothing odd about itWhy do we call indian sf operatives or operators? Do indian army themslves use this term or vets? From what i’ve seen para SF at the very least still considers themselves to be para commandos?
RR soldierSF guy?
How will they make sigma/beta chad reels if they stop doing that? fuck professionalism, Internet points are what that matters.someone teach them that mouth sexing their rifle isnt cool.
Then you go look at operation pics and you see them equipped to RR standards with patkas and FibreglassTake away those skating knee and elbow pads and that's a fairly well equipped operative (assuming there's a ballistic helmet there somewhere).
Why don’t they give every troop tourniquet and quick bandage
I don’t think there is anything you wrote which we don’t know.our leadership doesn’t understand shit about SpecOps,3 se jyada terrorists hai?bulao bc 9para sf which is equipped with fuck all people on the forum start to salivate watching a para guy wearing PC that’s how low the standards are you can’t do anything about this.Man i have to say after reading about US SOF operations I am a bit humbled. They are in a league of their own.
They have dedicated comms and consistent contact with the airforce so when something goes wrong, to avoid life of operators, they can call in airstrikes or reinforcements. Not to mention they have far superior intel capabilities via satellites and infiltration capabilities. They operate completely differently as to Para SF which sitll operates in an infantry manner. How is the combined arms warfare skills of the indian military? Let’s say para is deployed in Syria one day and they get ambushed, can para call in airstrikes to get extracted or will they be expected to thug it out?
Meanwhile our men still operate in a cold war manner. Smh!
Let’s say something went wrong during surgical strikes. Pak intel knew they were raiding and a group of 50-100 pak ssg and militants lay an ambush of 9 para, what happens then? Would 9 Para fight till the end or do they have the Comm abilities to call in an airstrike like wetsern sofs would do and get proper extraction?I don’t think there is anything you wrote which we don’t know.our leadership doesn’t understand shit about SpecOps,3 se jyada terrorists hai?bulao bc 9para sf which is equipped with fuck all people on the forum start to salivate watching a para guy wearing PC that’s how low the standards are you can’t do anything about this.![]()
This country’s leadership doesn’t have a mindset to counter 2 front war at all times they are lacking we should have been cleared of Pakistan a long time ago to an extent that they are afraid to do proxy but here we are competing with them everyday who have nothing and they are still giving us a tough competition.Let’s say something went wrong during surgical strikes. God we are so behind in not just equipment but literally everything
Everybody knows.. some admit some don't. But the fact remains that today whatever way we know SOF as, most of it is defined by USSOCOMMan i have to say after reading about US SOF operations I am a bit humbled. They are in a league of their own.

They won't call in an airstrike/artillery support that's for sure. Do they have that capability in terms of comm. And training - yes. By rule the commander (at corps or div level) will send in a heliborne extraction team... I'm not sure if they will but by rule they should and we have special troops and pilots for that purpose too.Let’s say something went wrong during surgical strikes.
