They look great..

these guys look really good whether its physique or weapon handling.

I used to defend Para SF a lot in the past but now i am a big fan of Marcos.

Marcos should not interact with anyone else in India and focus on themselves…They will be up there very soon and so will the Indian Navy be.

In future i am sure Indian Navy will be lending Fighter Jets to AF and SF operators to Army to save the day for the Nation of India.

That's most likely the TAPS (Tactical Assault Panel System). Really good(depends on who you ask) modular system issued as standard for USMC (those guys in the pic being MARSOC would make sense) and Navy iirc. US Army has their own system along with a split rig chest system.
(Also @Airborne22 the older versions are readily available in surplus stores if you can manage to get someone to buy it and send it for you if you fancy).
AT released a similar-ish chest rig called Razorback MKII and with some config people can make their own TAPS at home here as well.
