Are these things new? I mean happening under the ongoing process of theaterization and command formation or they always existed? If they always did, then God damn I was a fool till now. I thought the only SFs we had were those mentioned on wikipidea articles.. ISA is a very legendary and glorious unit.. is ours similar in mandate too? Btw thanks for all this knowledge bro. Whatever I got to know about tri services command, archers, garuds and now this is through you

Not knew brother. Won't comment on theaterization and command formation as I'm not aware about what's happening wrt to these.

Funfact: Wikipedia isn't correct, even COBRA and NSG are mentioned as SF...

Don't know the exact mandate as these things are not in public, but the role is same as that of ISA AFAIK!
