I remember reading a piece about AFSOD, SFHQ written by Col. Awadesh from 9. In his article he mentioned that the AFSOD needs to have a unit within it dedicated to high speed operations within and outside Indian Territory. IIRC "Wolves" were raised from scratch by 9 SF and some other unit. * et me daydream in peace*
