This is(/will be) the std issue throughout the regiment, abhi excercises mei dikhe ga zyadatar because it's comparatively few in numbers right now. Most of the shiny stuff is from this post 2019 modernization which got slow during early covid but has caught up pace since '22-'23.
The boots are unit level purchase most likely.

So if SSG is giving training to the tangos, what is in that special training they are providing that Tangos have such a high motivation to stay in jungle and also inflict damage. ( Is it the local support or the training?)

Are Indian SF capable of providing similar training, or sab barbaad hai kisi kaam ka nahi?

In the 90s once contact was established it was almost impossible to evade Para SF for these terrorists..has our basic infantry skill of tracking and chasing ..basic soldiering also taken a hit?

In summer provide them winter clothing and in winter provide them summer clothing for a 1 week training in Jungle warfare to increase their temperature tolerance in extreme climatic conditions.

IMO, It is not the SF making contact with tangos, it is the Tangos luring the SF to a particular place, they wait to hit and before SF can even set a cordon they disappear because Tangos know the area better. It doesn't take more than 5 minutes to run 300 meters.

Tangos alone are not operating, there is deep ISI network there, assets could be within armed forces as well, honey trapped or monetary benefit.

Think the pursuit orders are stayed more often since the squad wipe from last year.

I think main issue is ogw / local support without local support it isn't possible and terrain mountain our guys are not famalier with it but thease pigs are very much famalier with mountain and terrain
And when trts are hiding and search party is serching trts will spot them first and will fire first it will immediately put trts in advantageous position
And offcourse units are kill Hungary so they rush to the encounter all thease are issues which led to trts escaping again
