Most people here belong to very well backgrounds and dont have to come here to gain any kind of sadistic pleasures which some people are insecure about.

In any organisation or system the people who raise voices or whistle blow are the only ones who are working for the system.

None of the guys here who criticise have degraded to the level of so called supporters who call people like Major Sahini names including your own Admins.

Most of you who have settled abroad and are Admins here dont even pay 1% of tax we pay and then tell us from your Phooran Country to shut the fuck up.

Please stop using this First world and Third world analogy to somehow hint at India's lower status in terms of economy and international relations.
These phrases "First World" and "Third World" were never meant to be associated with economic prosperity. And I for one refuse to accept that India is somehow less powerful or Indians are less fortunate on the world stage cause we're a "Third World" country.
In the context of Armed Forces, India is very well a force to be reckoned with. And we can be even stronger, better equipped, more technology driven (God knows we have the intellectual faculties for that in this nation) but the problem is the lack of intent or even naivety to some extent from the paper pushers.

While most of the time, whenever I have been a part of trials of our products, I have met good Jawans and officers but I had 2 cases where the officers humiliated our sincere efforts. My boss is an ESM officer, my father is an ESM, and I left a high-paying IT job to follow my passion for military service (I could not join for medical reasons). I was insulted for a small and simple mistake that a new company is bound to make which works on minimal resources developing everything from scratch, in front of so many people. If a bloody civilian can be insulted for small mistakes, why do armed forces officers think they can't be insulted similarly?

I agree with this and would suggest that before posting anything read the posts again and again.

People like hellfire can take Screenshots to give a bad name to the forum realising they actually dont stand a chance against seasoned members here.

I have simple advice for people like Hellfire, which I also try to follow. To become Mahadev you have to drink poison, or else you can very well be Indra (being delulu of power just because you are the Lord of Devas but run to the Tridev when shit hits the fan).

It is always better to hear the critiques than the sycophants. IA is supposed to save the people of India, their motto is service before self. But then they will go off on some abusive language used to criticize them which was needed for the situation they made.

I was indirectly hinting at Hellfire who used to hint at those things which you mentioned that its their choice and the gear is in the Gypsy or he did the same thing 20 years ago.

The fact is there is a minimalist kit that can still be carried which is better than what our troops carry.

I hope Marcos will do that.

Marcos is just inducting and training on a lot of new kit and you will see that in Kashmir.

There was a tender for AK mod by them some time ago, and believe me, I was shocked to see such a nicely framed QR. It appeared to be properly researched and suited to the needs of the environment they work (not the usual copy-paste FAB specs). Sadly we couldn't participate in it as we didn't even have designs ready for something like that. I just hope that tender didn't get axed/watered down due to non-compliance with vendor offerings
