Can't say about all three forces but, MARCOS in general never use ranks.
They can been seen rocking name/rank patches all the time.

In this particular photo he was invited to deliver a speech so, it makes sense.

95percent of the time they dont even use pistol thats why their transition drill and shooting is not the best part

Ironically the GTAR solves the Tavor's inherent rear heavy nature, and makes the gun more stable to shoot.

I believe it's more like how IA sends in the Jat and Sikh regiments to counter the chinkis due to their taller and bulkier builds

Not to mention, the Indonesians and most SE Asian men have the smallest physique in the world which makes our boys naturally look bigger

We should consider the men deployed in Kashmiri encounters to benchmark what an average Para guy looks like. This is from an encounter earlier this year and some of em look borderline malnourished

I wouldn't imagine ANY SOF team wearing Quads during long-range jungle recon or DA ops. The whole point of Quad NODs is to give the user better spatial awareness in the dark with the much wider FOV. This pays massive dividends in CQB scenarios when the threat is sudden and your awareness of the threat matters. In a jungle scenario, you are expected to generally move in and through concealment. So ideally, you'd wanna go for Thermals to have the awareness advantage. And also an overall lighter kit for faster maneuverability.
