Israelis are a joke now and usually enjoy 10 times the airpower of their adversaries.

Others can’t really be compared as they aren’t fighting on their own homeland. Not to mention it’s a variety of factors besides simply SF equipment. Insane satelite tech, resources, and multinational military alliance also allow for such things to take place. It takes more than just Gucci drip to be able to imitate the things these countries are doing. For example, US satellites is what allowed for vast majority of Iraqi ground assets to be destroyed in few days span in 1991. Can India achieve anything similar? Does it even have the resources too?

Let’s compare with Philippines first and you’ll see how badly you have fallen behind in comparison to global standards.

Also glazing countries in which the average person views you or me as trash isn’t something I like doing much.

The "adaptation" is not just a function of GCHQ but also the Political Rulers. NSG/SPG was Political will as well.

you can compare with any country rn facing active threat on their borders and see how much we have fallen behind.. let alone in case of india where we have an emerging superpower in direct clash along with a shitty but nuclear neigbhour who has full support from their daddy regardless of their declining economy..

PMCs like this are a dime a dozen. Without MOD/NSA/CS sign off the Military Cant do jack shit.

That being said - What are they going to teach us? at best How to Shoot? We have bigger problems with our SOF units - No National Security/Foreign Policy Strategy, No structure, Poor Training Infra, No budget, No direction almost zero Interoperability.

The complete lack of planning or long term goals on the above has resulted in all Para's being converted to SF en-,mass and the PR Machine that is AFSOD.

Our shooting drills are pretty messed up..Major Aryas shooting while walking also looked very different.

Was watching a podcast of a Indian who faught with the Russians against Ukraine and he was also very politely saying that Indian firing techniques are pretty outdated even for Russian standards…

And i was laughing and thinking what would he say had he been fighting with the Ukrainians.
