That's because Chile has a very small army. Only 80K personnel and does not have a lot of vehicles. Only has 6 Blackhawks and 25 other small size helicopters. So what you see is probably the cream of the crop.

Right..Thatswhy thermals should be at the very end and not in middle or beginning of your rifle setup.

Plus thermals have small eye relief and then you need magnifiers.
