I’ve seen these in Bangalore with some having a Stickering of Max Speed 40 km/h on the windshield. Isn’t that too less for regular use on regular roads and is that the case for all of them? Could they be used for training drivers?

I think its just a flex pic not actual training, we should only judge those pics like we did with that pic of PARAs sniper training at a range few weeks back

A perfect sniping pic doesnt exist.

Either their feet are close and on toes..Or their spotter is 10 feet away…Or their shoulders are not stable.

Anyway, unless we open a sniper school these jawans and officers will use their Personal Procedures without a central body to correct it.
