How is it that it took ages for AT to gain a proper foothold within these teams and yet here you have Agilite who just entered the Indian Market a year ago, already getting orders? Or is it a personal purchase/given by Agilite for user testing?
The K19(KZero as well) does have an colourful reputation of being over padded that retains heat and gets quickly uncomfortable to wear. I wonder how they would function in the already humid Indian environment.

Personal purchase. No unit orders as of now. It's too pricy to be mass inducted anyway. @Arad Operator here is an official tester!

Good post

Pride is warranted in achieving something elite

But to make this a podium from which they think they can talk down to anyone that hasn’t chosen their very specific path is despicable and tarnishes their entire institution

If a doctor was saying rocket scientists or even mid level managers with MBAs were unworthy of being listened to would we have the same tolerance for it?

The Chinese are embarrassing India daily because they understood the idea of civil-military fusion a long time ago. There are many many different ways to serve your country

But everyone has to pull their wait and wtf are these SSB clearers delivering?

I hate to be repeating what many have been saying but really the only thing that will wake these people up is a real fight for survival. Ukrainians woke up post 2014 (Crimea) and hence weren’t such a pushover when 2022 came

The India military has too long been able to hide operational failures because the combat when it does happen has been limited to skirmishes or COIN

When these guys are facing an opposing peer force and combined arms assaults it’ll be a different story- frankly no Indian soldier serving has any such experience, all this bs about ‘battle hardened’ is rubbish- fighting goat fkers are not the measure of a conventional military, the Indian military has been able to set the bar so incredibly low they make anything other than a complete collapse to be an operational success.

Watch any of the basic training videos of the IA and you will see this is not a serious force, most of the training is downright goofy, the other irrelevant

Easy for me to say of course that a war is needed, it’ll cost a lot of good men with the hearts of lions their existences but their ‘leaders’ have already forfeited their lives
