Indian Special Forces

Why should Para SF care about an MBT.

Next German will be manufactured by BYD anyways.
You missed the point, mate. He's simply saying he met an Indian Para officer during an exchange and considers him a professional.

As for the MBT, it’s typical of the Germans to bring up motorized equipment mid-conversation, that was the joke.

Those mku rails on these helmets with patka band add in just dont fit, just take a closer look.

Agree - Plus IMO i think these are fine for Line Infantry in Defensive/Holding Positions - where even patroling outside the wire is not a large distance but the size and shape IMO would hinder longer time deployments on your feet. The (im)Balance and Weight will definetly effect the neck over time.

He is saying he met an Indian Officer (happened to be from the Paras) - This person was competent and Disciplined.

And While that may be an indicator of the wider quality of IA Personel (though you shouldnt generalize), the true mark of a Land Army is their MBT capability (design, manufacturing and owning the supply chain).

I dont know he said it as sarcasm of German tech or really meant it but in terms of land warfare Tanks have been THE most important weapon in the last 100 years of warfare.

Put a small tank column around a small town and see how the town behaves!!

(All my life i grew up idolising SF and Infantry but at this stage of life i really love the Cavaliers a bit more..Maybe its because of a machine being a part of it)
