What have we inducted in past 10 yrs?

The 100x K9 are not for LOC

The 145x M777 are mostly deployed under eastern command

Out of the 114x Dhanush ordered... barely ~40 have been delivered so far.

Truck mounted Artillery has its merits in mountain warfare... yet none ordered by IA so far.

Boss having drdo working so much & developing lot of technologies, still we saying this. Than better why we invest so much money on drdo.

We are back to 1192 and enjoy the same advantage Chauhans had over ghurids... "numbers"... & the same if not worse reckless attitude as then among the leaders now.

They were 5 tomra larger & bang on the silk-route. It's very unlikely that Chauhans had numerical superiority.

Indian show against Pakistan head been a poor show in Western sector. Always. Numerical superiority had also been marginal.
Even in 71, at both Sindh & Basantar areas we pushed till we hit a solid defensive line & then it bogged down worse than Russia at Ukraine.
It's always been a big communal riot, but with tanks.

I m saying don't capture 5-10km area, but don't allow any pak army post in 5-10km.just blow up if any post came up.

Pakistan is holding the high ground / ridge line + peaks in few sectors .

we have our posts below , these are fairly isolated posts , if we could silently blast one of these posts and then occupy it .

that would send a message



but its all just fantasy . govt has decided the current casualty rate as acceptable - i agree with them.

pak sends bat we fuck them up , so they are using pressure activated ieds . possible these ieds are dropped via drone . seen them been done in ukraine . beside security personnel deaths per year for our side has been going down. why take risk by doing escalation.

best option is better monitoring / surviallance

The Islamic chronicles and of course the modern Pak Islamic writings, highlight the supposed numerical superiority Hindus had, sometimes a 10 or 20 to 1 advantage. But naturally, the superior religion with smaller numbers always prevailed.Even though they didn't have inferior numbers, and they didn't always prevail!

Ghurids will get a barrage of SOW/ALBM/BrahMos/BM/LM on their strategic launch pads in the first few hours and will have nothing to defend against.
