Last time I checked starling relies on weather to give good speeds compared to an fiber network.

Until unless starlink provides speed as equivalent to fiber it is an overpriced internet service provider.

We already established a massive fiber network (bharatnet, jio fiber, etc) Satellite internet will be useful in remote regions.
