Why not? Adani's case is still ongoing. Indictment is a charge, not a judgement. Can settle previous judgements as well, no big deal.

1) Get entry into the list of 18 countries/ get waiver to be treated the same as the 18 countries if Trumpwa continues with Biden's AI policy
