Those are not allowed now, only ones imported from them were tendered long ago before border clashes in Doklam/Galwan etc. Navi Mumbai metro uses chinese rolling stock that were ordered more than a decade back but project got delayed and completed only last year.

Govt. is spending so much on Mumbai infra, that's good.
But why step-child treatment with Pune ? No airport, metro construction going super slow, city has outgrown infra.
Despite all that, Pune keeps attracting investments.
