Mohammad Asif Akbar Masoori raped, gagged, and brutally murdered a 10-yr-old minor girl by slitting her throat in Mumbra, Thane, Maharashtra.

The innocent victim was playing with friends when Mohd Asif, a neighbour, lured her with the promise of toys and took her to his flat on the 6th floor, where he committed the heinous act.

The crime surfaced after locals heard sounds coming from a window duct and discovered the girl's body, which Asif had thrown from the other end. The body was partially clothed.
