It can't be done only by Kikels, Uncle Sam will have to be involved and that's where the anti-India bit may come from.
But however i feel like Russia, China etc Iran is not an easily vassalizable country so they have have an independent streak soon after the regime change.

Since Israelis didn't enter Iran airspace this looks fake.
Iran doesn't have airforce so they can't intercept incoming jets, regarding the cruise missiles and bombs their air defence capabilities seems limited.
Iran may likely strike with ballistic missiles again without warheads just like last time.

This ongoing conflict with Iran and israel is more like a di*k measuring contest than actual battle.
