Hello friends,
Just thought this thread is necessary for Members and general viewers to understand their own issues and situation better.


Since, it's about MENTAL HEALTH. It is extremely necessary to be kind and gentle to other posters.

It is more about responsibility than following some rule to take care of fellow members privacy and health issues
 
Mental health issues have wrecked havoc for me in the Past. After certain research I've been able to recognise and categories some of the issues I face.

Understanding my issues, behavioural patterns, thinking patterns, emotional patterns helps me to control myself, and also to present myself better to the society.

Sometimes , i observe random people on the street who are going through psychological issues. Even though I am aware of this. I cannot approach them and help them.

I will slowly share my past, experiences, mistakes and observations . I hope this will help individuals struggling through their day-to-day life.

Try workout , proper nutrition, sleep in right time and last but not the least vishnu sahasranama .. vishnu sahasranama works like magic . You dnt have to rely on my words . Try it yourself for a month .

I do/used to do Yoga practices taught in ISHA FOUNDATION. It really changed my life a lot. I've spent few months in ISHA as well. Which led to a much better Quality of life. Much improved mental state.
Although, my physical health needs a lot of attention though.

This concept is called self diagnosis it's always counter productive in long run you basically go nowhere any being aware of these diagnosis add to the problem

I used to do self diagnosis of mental health i was warned by expert on this . This basically distract one from problem solving approaches to behavioural pattern study. It works on other people but in case of self analysis it fails. Stear one away from methodologies of problem solving
best and only approach is geather as much as happy memories and cling on to them in bad times there is word in this forum we use very often "Copium"
