Do we have any plans for hydration packs or are jawans supposed go carry Coca Cola bottles in 2030?

Do we even have a modern MRE packs for our Infantry Jawan?

but you'd rarely find it in the fields. Also it's nowhere comparable to the quality or variety of what you'd get in USA, France or Russia.

Thats the point, I have never heard of our Jawans carrying these MREs rather 99% of them have to bring their own lunch boxes ore rely on Army canteens where again there are stories of how food ration is handled.​
 
We're discussing MREs and here I found an undated pic of a MARCOS with Garmin Instinct. Compass, heart rate, GPS, altimeter, barometer, waypoint navigation...atleast 20k a piece.

I don't even wanna start with how many things are wrong with the CQB here. But I've recently retired from the 69th Chairborne division after a rather unsuccessful stint. So I'll just say "JAI HO" and move on.
Look at the thread title and then look at one post above . If you remove that antique Binod, the guy will look like any WW2 era conscript.
